Inspiring. Innovative. Educational.
This year’s Women in Marketing Event promises to be all that and
more. The theme is Branding and the speakers are some of the most exciting
people working in marketing and communications today.
Our speaker from Swarovski will start the conference
by exploring the latest developments of the iconic Swarovski brand.
Rita Clifton,
Chairman of Interbrand
and a leader in the field will address the newest trends in branding.
As a senior marketer in the competitive financial services arena, Julie
Bridge will present her thoughts on Brand You.
You’ll also be hearing from PrettyLittleHead,
the brainchild of Jane Cunningham
and Philippa
Roberts. As the founders of an agency exclusively focused
on marketing to women, they’ll be looking at the differences between
male and female target audiences – and what that means for brands
connecting with women.
When ad budgets are cut, PR offers brands the opportunity
to engage with consumers through both media and word of mouth. Jackie
Cooper, Creative Director of Edelman
PR will offer her unique take on brand growth during a downturn.
But that’s not all. Sue
Ash from Ash
Communications will Chair this event. A range of additional speakers
and special guests will be there to discuss new ideas and share their
thoughts.
Celebrating
excellence
The event will be held in Swarovski’s new London
store – Swarovski
Crystallized™. It’s a venue that combines retail innovation
with a tradition of style and quality. Timed to follow on from International
Women’s Day on March 8th what better way to celebrate than by
attending this event on the 11th? Men are more than welcome. Reserve
your place now.
A growing tradition
Ade Onilude started Women In Marketing programme in 2004.
Her series has tackled Work-Life Balance, The Creatives and Ethical
Marketing. Every year, she brings together speakers and venues to create
events that inspire the marketing and business community. Past guest
speakers include, the economist and author Noreena Hertz, Harriet Lamb,
Director of the Fair-Trade Foundation, Daniel Nabbaro, CEO of Figleaves
and Charlotte Stockling, UK publisher of Hello. The list goes on. This
year promises to be just as exciting, so book
your tickets soon.
